Regression can be done seated or prone. For those who would prefer to *lay down, *PLEASE BRING MATS, BLANKETS AND PILLOWS. A JOURNAL/NOTEBOOK is also recommended.

Mica Cascarano Berg is a past life intuitive who has been discovering past lives since the age of three and doing regression since 2001.
