From a very young age, Ellie has always enjoyed being active and spent a lot of time playing sports on the court and the beach in her hometown of Acapulco, Mexico. For her, sports and fitness have been a great way to connect and bring new people together within a healthy environment. She has acquired her AFAA-NASM group fitness certification as well as completing her coaching clinic hours required by The Wisconsin Badger Region Sports for coaching.
As a fitness enthusiast throughout her life, Ellie has developed a passion for helping people achieve total wellness, which she believes, creates a path to longevity, success, and community integration. Ellie promotes exercise to manage anxiety, depression, stress, and other body illnesses. She also encourages individuals to engage in activities that are nourishing for the mind and body such as yoga, dance, hiking, and fitness training.
At her classes expect the unexpected! She will bring her unique style to this ultimate calorie-burning workout through challenging combinations of cardiovascular drills and strength training. The class includes several highly effective sequences of toning and resistance exercises that strengthen the core, tone the hips and thighs, at various intensities to keep your heart rate up and your core muscles engaged throughout. Balance exercises will be also incorporated to integrate core strengthening, posture, and body alignment.
These strength-training and high-intensity interval training (HIIT) classes are all integrated into a rhythmic dance that will make you sweat, have fun, meet new people, and discover muscles you never knew you had!
